Errors and Omissions-

South Paw Pets stands behind every product we sell. If we have made an error, (i.e., not as advertised, wrong quantity shipped, wrong item shipped,) we will correct it at no cost to you. We want your on-line shopping experience to be pleasant and trouble free.

Freight Damage-

All shipments are inspected and in perfect condition prior to leaving the warehouse. Shipments are FOB origin. Damages in transit are the responsibility of the freight carrier. If a box is damaged or crushed, please note the damage on the shippers receipt. If the product in the package is damaged, we will help you with the claim, and product replacement. Warranties-

Many products are covered under manufacturers warranties, which are available prior to purchase on request. We will help you resolve the problem.

Overdue Delivery-

Most orders ship via UPS or Priority Mail and are traceable. If your shipment is overdue, please submit a Customer Service Request by phone at 888-251-8689, by fax at (609) 896-1626, by e-mail at custservice@southpawpets.com, or fill out our on-line customer service request. We will track the order and let you know its status. Some shipments to APO and other military addresses are sent via US Mail only and will take longer to ship. If an APO shipment is more than three or four weeks overdue, let us know and we will try to trace it.

Customs, Duties and Taxes-

All shipments originate in the United States. We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey, customers may be responsible to pay sales and/or use tax in their own jurisdiction. We currently ship to the United States only.

Returns-

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or credit. No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number please submit a Customer Service Request by phone at 888-251-8689, by fax at (609) 896-1626, by e-mail at custservice@southpawpets.com, or fill out our on-line customer service request. Returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, and returned in the original packaging. Shipping instructions will be given with the RMA number.
